Digital Office - led by Jan Stehlík , who has currently moved from his position of COO and CFO of Czech and Slovak practices to this role - is responsible for partnering with all parts of our differentiated business. The MS Tools Ambassador, reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, would strengthen our capability to improve adoption of available tools with main focus on Office 365 suite. You are very positive and passionate about technologies You always develop a constructive dissatisfaction with the status quo and come up with things to improve You have analytical skills to understand details and a systematic and structured approach to problem-solving; Business awareness is important; You have to work with people, hard to do it without communication and interpersonal skills; We are 18 countries, X languages, fluent English is the guarantee we understand each other; Time management and organisational skills; You do not have a problem with presentations and convincing colleagues about your ideas; Various countries, various tastes, various ideas. It will not be easy to come up with the common denomination. It is necessary to understand the environment well, find the right colleagues to involve and understand and distil business priorities; You enjoy both working in a team and working on your own. Still, we have some ideas how to start: you’ll have to begin with analysing the he as-is state in details. This will require your analytical skills and your structured approach as you will have to reach out to your colleagues - both within IT as well as outside of it (your ‘customers’) - and put together the diagnosis . Having this in place you will have to unleash your creative self to identify improvements and propose ways to address them, a few examples: Create a “Onboarding minimum”, i.e. training material for new employees to introduce our base toolkit; Design and facilitate tips&tricks program to collect and share knowledge about various features that can make users more productive; Start your Deloitte TV Channel or Radio (OK, just ( partly ) kidding).
